Diploma courses

Diploma of Christian Studies

The diploma of Christian Studies provides you with a well-rounded understanding of Christian theology, history, and practice, as well as equip you with the skills needed for effective ministry and leadership within a Christian context.


Upon completion of the program, you will:

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the Bible and learn how to apply principles of biblical interpretation
  • Develop a solid foundation in Christian theology
  • Acquire practical skills for effective Christian ministry and leadership
  • Foster personal spiritual growth and maturity through spiritual disciplines.

Trimester 1

A7100 Critical Thinking and Writing in Theological Studies (9cp)

B7110 Introduction to the Old Testament (9cp)


Trimester 2

B7150 Introduction to the New Testament (9cp)

H7100 Introduction to Church History (9cp)


Trimester 3

T7105 Introduction to Christian Doctrines (9cp)

T7210 The Person and Work of Christ (9cp)


All Trimesters 

P7185 A Year in Supervised Introductory Ministry (18cp)

FEES


The tuition fee for one standard 9 credit point diploma unit is AUD$2400. 

Year-long Supervised Ministry (AQF 7)  $4800 

The admission fee is AUD$50.

Fees are for 2026. 

FEE-HELP is available for eligible students. 80-100% discounts are applied for eligible students from countries with financial hardship. Please email info@olivet.org.au for further information.
